Financial Policies
We urge you to read your dental insurance information so that you are fully aware of your coverage and plan limitations. Our staff will do everything possible to help you utilize your benefits. Your insurance is a contract between you and the dental insurance company, and unlike health insurance, dental insurance is not comprehensive. The benefits you receive are determined by the contract and do not indicate the need. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred.
Payment Options
Financial options are discussed during your initial visit. We are committed to providing excellent periodontal care and facilitating access to care by offering several convenient payment options. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit (a dental/medical credit card). As a courtesy, we will complete and submit your insurance forms so that you may receive the maximum allowable reimbursement for your periodontal services.
